Your Personal Invitation from the ISCEST President

It is a great pleasure to invite you to the 4th annual conference of the International Society of Comparative Education, Science and Technology of Nigeria, to be held in Port Harcourt, Rivers State from December 5 – 7, 2017. The conference is multidisciplinary and papers are invited from colleagues whose teaching and research interests cover the broad fields within the ISCEST conference five thematic sections.

Participation in this conference will give you the opportunity to listen to our distinguished keynote speaker, to present the results of your own research, and to discuss and network with scholars from all over Nigeria and beyond.

The International Society of Comparative Education, Science and Technology of Nigeria is a scholarly association dedicated to promoting comparative education, science and technology, as well as enhancing the academic status of these fields. The ISCEST also seeks to deepening our understanding of educational, scientific and technological issues, trends and policies through comparative, national and international perspectives.

A major goal of the ISCEST is to strengthen the theoretical basis of comparative studies in education, science and technology and apply those understandings to policy and implementation issues in Nigeria, Africa and other comparable settings.

So, as we set out to enhance the intellectual capital base of our country in particular and the world in general, we invite you to join hands with us in this endeavour.
