Congratulations are definitely in order! The 10th Anniversary of the annual international ISCEST conference is indeed a praiseworthy milestone that deserves to be celebrated. IS-CEST stepped onto the international and comparative education roadway in 2014 when it convened its first conference from 07—11 December. The conference theme at that time was Education, Science and Technology for Life-long Learning.. Over the years, these three broad concepts have remained the corner-stones of all of ISCEST’s activities. In subsequent years, each ‘Call for Papers’ strongly encouraged participants to present papers that are based on these very themes. And participants always delivered the goods, especially in the areas of science and technology! A browse through the contents of CSCEST confirms this. Even during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, ISCEST never faulted on delivering its conferences. In fact, the 2020 and 2021 themes made direct reference to the pandemic (Table 1, p.10). May ISCEST continue to grow from strength to strength!
